Grace in Motion now has a home! We are located at 1404 Tolland Turnpike in Manchester, CT (inside of The Academy of Martial Arts)! We are thrilled to offer weekly all-levels yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 PM - 6 PM with more classes coming in 2026!

Meet the Instructor

Carina Rosa is a joyful and passionate RYT-200 yoga teacher and wellness guide dedicated to creating vibrant, heart-centered spaces for movement, connection, and healing. Through Grace in Motion, Carina empowers students to embrace their bodies, spark joy, and thrive in community. She’s currently expanding her offerings with certifications in STOTT Mat Pilates, Total Barre, and her 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
